returns & exchanges

at made+, we believe in delivering products of the highest quality. our company is committed to customer satisfaction and takes pride in our products. our collections are individually handcrafted here in the usa, made to order by our team of passionate, ethically responsible creators.

return policy

  • return requests must be received within 30 days of merchandise delivery date.
  • send return requests to orders@madeplus.com
     subject line: return, “shopify order number.”
  • merchandise must be in the condition it was received. it must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • merchandise and footwear should have all tags attached.
  • footwear must include the original shoe box.
  • made+you customized collection is final sale; items are not returnable.
  • made+ monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

upon receiving your email request for return, if the return meets return policy guidelines, then made+ will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

damages and issues

please inspect your order upon delivery. if merchandise is defective, damaged or if the wrong item was shipped, then promptly send an email to orders@madeplus.com. we believe you will love your handcrafted made+ footwear as much as we do. we stand behind our product to do our best to make sure you are satisfied, send us an email within 30 days of the delivery date. 

exceptions / non-returnable items

made+ offers refunds for standard products. unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized products.

exchanges 

we understand that finding your best fit can be tricky. if you find you need a different size, no problem. we are happy to assist, please send us an email at orders@madeplus.com. once your return is accepted, please place a separate purchase for the new item. 

refunds

made+ will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. if merchandise meets policy guidelines, then made+ will credit your original payment method within 10 business days. at this time, we do not offer merchandise credit. please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. if more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and refund is not received, then please contact us at orders@madeplus.com.
