Now Hiring
As a Retail Associate, you’ll be an essential part of creating a welcoming, customer-first experience in our first Made Plus retail store. You’ll introduce customers to our sustainable footwear collections, share product knowledge, and help bring our mission to life in-store.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service
- Know current products and trends to offer knowledgeable styling advice
- Support visual merchandising: keep displays clean, restocked, and brand-compliant
- Assist with inventory tasks—receiving, organizing, restocking, and ensuring accuracy
- Operate register, process sales, and returns
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in ongoing training and uphold all brand standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as needed
Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Efficiency and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment
- Comfortable with POS systems and handling cash or card transactions
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., email, scheduling apps, product lookup)
- Friendly, solutions-oriented mindset focused on customer satisfaction
** Nice to Have:**
- Passion for footwear, fashion, or customer service
- Experience with merchandising or brand visuals
- Exposure to retail systems (not required)
