shipping & delivery 

shipping in the u.s. is free. we can accommodate shipping to some other countries for an additional fee.  please contact orders@madeplus.com and we will estimate the cost. 

once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

we offer free shipping, but customers do have the option to choose expedited shipping for an additional fee. 

returns & exchanges 

merchandise must be in the condition it was received, not worn, altered, or washed, and must have all tags attached; footwear should include the original shoe box, and return requests must be received within 30 days of the merchandise delivery date. custom orders are non-refundable. 

we understand that finding your best fit can be tricky. if you find you need a different size, no problem. please send us an email at orders@madeplus.com. once your return is accepted, please place a separate purchase for the new item. 

send an email to orders@madeplus.com with the subject “return [shopify order number].” upon receiving your email request for return, if the return meets return policy guidelines, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

payments & refunds 

we accept american express, apple pay, discover, google pay, mastercard, paypal, venmo, visa, and shop pay.

if you would like to change your payment method, email orders@madeplus.com and we will contact you about the next steps.

yes. we offer shop pay. 

unfortunately, our systems are not set up to process payments from different dominations.

to request a refund, email orders@madeplus.com with the subject line ‘refund [shopify order number.]’

our typical return processing time is within five business days from the receipt of your returned shoes. 

yes, however the refund will be in the form of store credit.

products & sizing

our footwear is constructed using 100% recycled repreve yarn, which results in a fully knitted upper that is both a lightweight and durable material. repreve is the premier eco-performance fiber that boasts certified recycled content claims and transforms discarded pet bottles into an incredible fiber. 

we also use upcycled pet material in our shoelaces and pull tabs.  the material used in our overlays and eyestays is made of a pu coated high performance microfiber substrate material. 

 we do not use latex in the construction of our shoes

yes, at made+ we offer customization options that allow you to put your logo on a pair of custom shoes. please contact our customer service team,orders@madeplus.com,to discuss your specific needs and the available options for incorporating your logo into the design.

yes, our shoes run true to size. we recommend using our sizing chart to find your perfect fit. if you have any specific concerns or need further assistance, our customer service team is always here to help.

if you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially for those with wider feet. consider sizing down for a snugger fit, depending on your preference. our shoes feature a flexible knit design, which provides some stretch and can accommodate slight variations in size.

our shoe width is considered “regular” (size d) width.  this is the width that most average shoe brands sell. however, our flexible knit upper provides ample stretch, and may accommodate wider feet. unfortunately, we do not offer products specifically designed for narrow or wide sizes.

you can check the status of your order through your account after purchase.  to log in, click on the person icon at the top right of the home page.

our shoes are made-to-order and handcrafted by our team. orders typically process and are crafted and shipped within three weeks.
